The SY-30FD freeze dryer is suitable for the freeze-drying of conventional materials (liquid, paste, and solid).
Product Operate Guide
Here is the basic operating procedure:
(1) After placing the material, turn on the equipment using the key switch. The device will automatically enter the login screen.
(2) Enter the login password on the login screen, and the system will take you to the main screen. Click on the "Freeze-Drying Process" in the system menu. Configure the freeze-drying process parameters based on your specific requirements, then save the settings.
(3) On the operating screen, select the control mode and temperature ramping mode (it is not recommended to modify this during freeze-drying). Then, click to start the compressor and subsequently click "Auto Start." The system will begin the freeze-drying process automatically.
(4) The vacuum pump will start automatically when the vacuum conditions are met. During operation, you can choose to open or close it as needed (generally not recommended to modify this).
(5) When a freeze-drying section is completed, a dialog box will pop up. Click "OK," and the system will end the freeze-drying process. If you do not need to continue freeze-drying, close the compressor.
(6) Open the "Release Water/Release Air Valve" on the left side of the equipment. Once the system returns to normal pressure, collect the dried material.
(7) This machine uses natural defrosting. When the ice in the cold trap has melted into water, you need to drain the water from the "Release Water/Release Air Valve."
(8) Clean the equipment to its original state and disconnect the power supply.
